Unlike automated estimates or lender-driven mortgage valuations, our private valuations are undertaken solely in your interest. We take the time to properly inspect the property, assess its condition, consider location, improvements, and prevailing market trends, and provide a well-reasoned report suitable for submission to solicitors, accountants, HMRC or Help to Buy administrators where required. Our approach is thorough, transparent and independent — giving you confidence that the valuation reflects true market value.

For added convenience and reassurance, a Private Valuation can also be incorporated into a Level 2 or Level 3 Home Survey where appropriate. This is particularly useful if you have not yet had a Mortgage Valuation, or if you simply want confirmation that the price agreed reflects fair market value.
