1. Introduction
At Durare Ltd, we are committed to delivering high-quality RICS Home Surveying Services. If you are not entirely satisfied with the service or need to cancel, please review our refund and cancellation policies below.
2. Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

The cancellation request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled survey.

A £75 administration fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover processing and scheduling costs.

If the survey has already been conducted, refunds are not available.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services are non-refundable, including:

Surveys that have been completed, regardless of the outcome or findings.

Reports that have been issued and delivered.

Additional services such as property valuations or boundary assessments if already initiated.
4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
To initiate a refund or cancellation, please follow these steps:

Provide your order/reference number and the scheduled survey date.

Confirm your understanding of the £75 administration fee.
5. Processing Refunds

Once your cancellation is confirmed, we will process your refund minus the administration fee within 7 business days.

Refunds will be made to your original method of payment.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

First, check your bank account again.
