RICS Level 3 

The RICS Level 3 Home Survey is suitable for most properties in almost any condition and offers a comprehensive inspection of a property, identifying any significant issues or defects. You should have a Level 3 if the property was constructed prior to 1900, has been significantly altered/extended, or is in poor condition.

Right to cancel

  1. Please Note: By ticking the above box, you forego the right to cancel within 14 days, or we will not be able to proceed with your Survey until this time has expired.

  2. The 14 day period is known as the ‘Cooling-off Period'.

  3. To exercise a 'Cooling-off Period' of 14 days, you will need to email us to book your Survey and explain your decision instead of using this booking system. Payment will need to be made via online banking and 14 days will need to pass before we can proceed.

  4. By ticking the box above you confirm you will be liable for a cancellation fee of £75 to cover administration costs.
